Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged in all original Fenton & Fenton protective wrapping.

Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable service; please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Quality Inspection & Credit

Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms it meets our standards, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
